The situation of the alleged offense is determined to be “pending” when an incident was reported by the Office of Student Integrity and resulted in the electronic “suspected academic misconduct” notice that was given in an email to the student. In the event of an academic integrity violation in the pending process and the student has the right to withdraw from the class. Should the school determine that the pupil is accountable for academic misconduct in violation of the law and is found guilty, they cannot withdraw from the course.
After each transaction within the register system, the students click “submit” to ensure that the modification is recorded within the system database. Students should check their schedules over again, following the steps below to ensure that they’re correct.
When they withdraw from a class or any class, students must print out their schedules as explained below and save the original as a receipt confirming the action taken at the time. If there is an issue with the system, it will be used as proof of the decision to withdraw or ensure that the withdrawal was actually taken but was not correctly processed.
