Although Bill Gates, Microsoft creator, was an expert in programming, the founder had a difficult time managing projects from the beginning of the company’s beginnings.
In the future, a particular goal-setting method — called that is the OKR strategy could allow him to pursue two interests, simultaneously operating his company and establishing his own foundation, the Bill as well as the Melinda Gates Foundation.
