The OKC condo resident has almost the same access as the NYC resident. Both have modern appliances, cars, and cell phones. Access to education and health care. The New York resident might go to high-end entertainment, while the OKC resident may go to football games at the OKC high school on Friday nights. (Stereotype alert!)
