Our Growth and Renewal Retreats are designed to help groups of directly-employed service providers who, while serving others, experience feeling overworked and exhausted or even emotionally traumatized. We understand that self-care is a duty to those around you and yourself. To continue to give in a sustainable manner, people who help others must take care of their own needs for mind, body and spirit.

The retreat participants are invited to take a moment to be quiet and be aware of their desires to create space for themselves like they create space for their fellow guests. In awe of Uplands’ peaceful Uplands Community and peaceful surroundings, guests reconnect with their own inner self through meditative, creative expression and movement practices.

Our retreat guests work with us to create a unique experience, choosing from various rejuvenating and relaxing options. This includes yoga, massage, meditation, saunas guided hikes, and nature experiences.
