Capella university msn reviews: Develop your career and learn to lead by completing the online MSN in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Capella. This CCNE-accredited* degree program will assist you in becoming an expert nurse executive who has advanced abilities in leadership and finance, operations management, and health information and technology.
Learn to communicate effectively and collaborate with the other professionals on the health care team in order to foster the use of strategic thinking, planning, and interprofessional collaboration during practice. If you’re ready to develop, this program is created for you.
At the beginning of the year, Capella University launched a new learning method for their RN-to BSN program, which they call an online, self-paced program called FlexPath. Being a self-starter, that type of learning seemed very appealing to me; however, since I already had a BSN and a BSN, it was not really suitable for me. Yet, Capella has just announced their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) FlexPathprogram*! Capella’s MSN FlexPath program is the first of its kind. There is no other institution that provides the MSN that has this innovative learning model. Because I’m looking to earn an MSN that has an emphasis on nursing education, I was eager to know more about what getting the auto-paced online degree might be like.
Capella allows anyone to test this course format by offering the free Trial course in FlexPath. That’s right… I took the course! I wrote this blog post so you could read my real opinions as I viewed the new method for online education. It’s crucial for me to have an idea of what this type of learning will be like before embarking on the journey of the MSN program.
I am interested in FlexPath because my schedule changes quite a bit, and so adhering to a traditional college course schedule and pre-determined due dates aren’t an alternative for me at this time within my daily life. I have times when I am able to complete a lot of work and others when I’m very busy and likely won’t be able to complete the tasks required of a traditional online course.
