For example, doing something that is less enjoyable first which will allow you to do more enjoyable tasks later when your energy is higher. Also, when there are multiple work tasks to be completed, prioritize by assigning a value between 1-5 depending on how important the task is and then start with the 5s and work backwards until all priorities have been completed.

But there are some simple techniques that can help every person improve their life. These techniques are sometimes so easy that people overlook them because of misconceptions or simply because it is hard to believe that something so small could have an impact on your day-to-day life.

I had a very hectic and busy schedule. I was juggling so many things and I was not able to finish any of them on time. This is when I realized that I needed some time management tips to help me with my schedule.

After doing some research on the internet, I came across some time management tips which helped me manage my day better. The six second rule for example, helped me start each day with a clear direction of what needs to be done first by organizing these tasks in a priority order instead of doing them randomly. This way, it ensured that the most important tasks were finished before the end of the day.

I also learned how efficient schedules could make a significant impact on one’s executive performance by reducing stress and boosting productivity. These efficient schedules provided a systematic approach to handling.
